Kristen Noel Kristy Swanson was an American actress who is best known for portraying Buffy Summers, in the popular film Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Other notable roles included Rebecca Becky Granger from the telefilm Nightingales and the brief-lived NBC show with the similar title. Erica Paget portrayed Early Edition in CBS and Marlowe Viccellio starred in Psych. Swanson is a native of California. She was acting from a young age.
