Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy show on television. Tarlov is the eldest daughter of two and was raised in Manhattan. When she was 10-years-old, she began her acting career in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The group of 7th graders who attended the show were extremely impressed. The summer she studied at NYU Tisch as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She was a student of a range of styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company also taught her, and she was able to integrate writing in to her performance in her LAByrinth Theater Masters Class. Molly switched her dark jacket for a black sunglasses prior to going to Los Angeles. The three words on iCarly quickly caught the eye at her family members. She's since made several television shows and played Caitlin as the lead role in Winnie and Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly says she's great in basketball, but she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
