Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is also a believer for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He is part of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three children together with his wife Leslie.
